1. Respect all members of NE

2. Leaders are expected to maintain mature manner and follow duties as oriented to do so.

3. Do not abuse privileges of forum Moderator and Leadership rank.

4. Respect all other players unless an act of insult occurs which in turn entitles you a complete defense of self and others.

5. Follow chain of command when introducing a suggestion or problem about NE.

6. NE member cannot achieve a rank above Tagma(Block 2) without having the NE gamertag.
